The ceramic Nostalgic YesterYear by WestWood coffee advertising mug is in good condition. The beautiful multicolor advertisement on the side of the mug is very vintage. Also, note this is a great man mug. This is not to say this is a manly mug. But, to simply say that it is large enough for a man to comfortably hold. The handle is big enough for two full fingers.
There are no breaks, cracks, chips, or repair places on the mug. The interior of the mug appears to be unused. There are no brown stains or hairline crackle areas on or in the mug. The thin round foot on the bottom that sits on the surface has some very light wear simply from setting and/or being moved on the surface.
The decorative opportunities for this beautiful advertising mug range from showing it off in a display curio with other ceramic and china wares to putting it to work with that next cup of hot coffee. Mugs like this one are hard to find. This one could be the start of a collection of Westwood mugs. The great thing about ceramics is that they tend to last forever.
